This March we set off to discover why bunnies and eggs are traditionally linked to Easter.

Bunnies are universal symbols of fertility, of new life, which represents the new life Jesus won for us in the cross. In the past, eggs were not eaten during Lent but feasted upon during Easter. With time people started makin them of chocolate and hollow to represent Jesus empty tomb.
